Founder & CEO
Angela provides executive leadership for IMPACT405, serving as the architect and lead implementer of the organization’s ecosystem model. She oversees strategy, partnerships, and implementation across IMPACT405’s core pillars, including development of the Oklahoma Resource Hub, leadership of the Community Resource Collaborative, and delivery of direct advocacy and case management support. She founded and launched IMPACT405 Magazine as a storytelling platform that elevates Oklahoma based impact work and strengthens community awareness and community action.

Sam supports the growth of the Oklahoma Resource Hub through partner engagement and by co-facilitating the Community Resource Collaborative. He represents IMPACT405 at community outreach events, increasing organizational visibility and awareness of the Oklahoma Resource Hub as a tool that simplifies access and supports effective navigation and case management for service providers across systems. His work helps strengthen trust, alignment, and shared understanding across partners.

Marcellus helps ground IMPACT405’s work in equity, accessibility, and authentic community perspective. As an early member of the IMPACT405 team, they contribute lived experience and insight that inform how access is approached and how systems impact people differently across communities. Marcellus co-facilitates the Community Resource Collaborative, supporting inclusive dialogue and shared learning among partners while helping ensure equity and safety remain central to the work.
