At IMPACT405, we’re structured as a mission-driven LLC, but our priority is people, not profit. Every initiative we launch is designed to remove barriers, support community wellbeing, and create long-term impact across Oklahoma.

We chose a mission-driven LLC structure because it gives us the flexibility to grow sustainably, partner with a wide range of organizations, and adapt quickly to community needs. This approach allows us to combine the values of a nonprofit with the agility of a small business, blending social mission with long-term operational stability.

We’re focused on impact first. Our structure simply allows us to build that impact in the way that works best for our community, our partners, and the future we’re building together.

Yes! While IMPACT405 is structured as a social-impact organization, we are fiscally sponsored by the Third Space Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This means they provide the legal and financial framework for us to receive tax-deductible donations and grants.

Through this sponsorship, the Third Space Foundation also offers financial oversight, administrative support, and strategic partnership, helping ensure that your contributions are handled transparently and used to support meaningful, long-term community impact.

Your donations help power the Oklahoma Resource Hub, community initiatives, and other programs that remove barriers and create long-term impact across Oklahoma.

Yes! IMPACT405 is a social-impact organization that operates under the fiscal sponsorship of the Third Space Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This means donations made through Third Space on our behalf are fully tax-deductible.

If you would like your donation to be tax-deductible, it must be made through Third Space. They provide the legal framework and oversight to ensure contributions are handled transparently and support our mission-driven work.

We can also accept direct contributions to IMPACT405, but please note: these gifts are not tax-deductible unless made through our fiscal sponsor.
