Demetrius Bell is a respected leader, systems strategist, and trusted voice for community-rooted progress. With a deep commitment to equity, resilience, and real-world solutions, Demetrius brings decades of experience, including his most recent role as founding Executive Director of Building Roots Foundation to his advisory work and consulting practice.

Following the conclusion of his time with BRF, Demetrius launched Bell Strategic Consulting, LLC, where he provides strategic advisory services to nonprofits, grassroots organizations, and mission-driven teams. His work focuses on leadership development, internal team dynamics, and helping organizations strengthen collaboration and cohesion from within.

Demetrius is also currently pursuing his real estate license, expanding his service to the community through partnership-based real estate work, auctions, and even home construction, all grounded in his lifelong passion for housing access and generational impact.
